Even with years of experience as a realtor in Wisconsin, I knew I needed the assistance of a realtor to help my family find our Florida home. I can’t say enough good things about Aaron Story! We started searching for a new home in Ocala, FL after spending two years checking a few other locations in the USA. Finding the right house was a challenge for us for two reasons - we always lived in a condo before and finding a realtor who was patient and responsive to our needs proved to be difficult. We had to learn everything important about houses while searching for our ideal home. We discovered Rhonda through Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider's network. In hindsight,  this was the most important first step we made towards finding our new home. Rhonda was everything we hoped for to find in a real estate agent - patient, reliable and trustworthy. It took us over a month to review many properties - new and older - at different locations in and around Ocala.  Eventually we selected a new house that was still under construction at the time only to wait for four more months than planned to close on it due to supply chain issues. Rhonda was instrumental in helping us navigate through all the obstacles with the builder and close on the deal. It certainly took lots of skills and patience on her side to make it happen. We are very grateful to Rhonda for going beyond and above her job description to help us finalize the house purchase in these challenging times.

If I could leave -5 stars I would. She sold Land that should not have been included a land sale for an 80 year old woman. Now we are unable to get that land back and out of the money the land should have made if it was being sold in the first place. I’ll be placing a claim with the Florida real estate Commission to get her license suspended. Incompetent is too nice word to describe her.

We were working with another agent and who couldn’t care less to work with us. I prayed and went on Dave Ramsey’s website. Rhonda called right away, I was praying that whoever calls first we would go with. So glad we did! We told her what and where we wanted to look and see and she made it happen! Lost our mom unexpectedly and after having the house transferred to her children, Rhonda was recommended to us by a neighbor. She met with us while we were in town and was prepared with what she felt was a fair listing price. She put us in contact with charities that we could donate some of the household items to and even made arrangements to have them picked up. When the time arrived for me and one of my sisters to sell our father's home 1,000+ miles from where both of us live, I reached out to a number of Ocala realtors for the purpose of vetting them for their ability to represent the house to the marketplace and achieve a realistic and fair selling price. Some of the realtors working for national real estate businesses ignored my reach-out. Another realtor who did visit the house suggested a very low listing price and spoke proudly about how quickly she achieves sales. My assumption was that the lower than market selling prices might result in the fast sales. Then I received a call from Rhonda Buckner. It was apparent that she had done her due diligence. She knew the dates of the home's updates (i.e., roof, HVAC, etc.). She also came with an idea of what she felt was a fair price and what we might consider to do to attract prospective buyers. The property sold a few months later for a price within a small distance of the price Rhonda had suggested on day one . I was impressed what she had learned about the house and her eagerness to get going. My sister had her reservations because Rhonda's office is several miles of where my father's home is on the other side of Ocala. However, Rhonda made many trips to show the home despite the distance. I was also impressed that whenever we weren't able to open the house for and observe workers my sister or I hired to do some work based on feedback from showings. When the neighbors couldn't Rhonda would meet workers to let them into the house to perform the work for which they were hired. She also made very good recommendations for contractors for specific tasks. One such recommended person to rescreen windows and garage doors. I was very impressed with the work Ray Ficarra who completed the job on time as he and I had agreed. I highly recommend him. Returning to my comments about Rhonda, I know that this sale had to have been very difficult to coordinate: I live in a Chicago suburb, my sister lives in Arkansas, and our father was confined for months at hospital and nursing facilities. Despite the difficulty, Rhonda achieved the sale at a price with which my sister and I were comfortable. One other plus was that Rhonda's office is located in the same building that houses the title company.

I wasn't sure where to live, what to buy, how much to spend, where to get funding. Rhonda was there for me in every question. She offered options, listened to things I worried about, sent me information I needed at every step so that I realized that I was making a great and fully informed decision for our family. I soon realized she wasn't just a salesperson (I don't trust salespeople). In addition, I discovered that she was a professional who even learned to read geological maps so that she could help me pinpoint the exact homesite that perfectly suited the needs of our family. I am now in a home of my own with a payment I can afford in a perfectly sited location for us. I very much respect Rhonda's professionalism and expertise. She will be the first person I call if I should need to re-locate again. We're very happy with her. 5 stars! I CHOSE RHONDA BUCKNER again two years later! Several offers in 3 days after going live. I had worked with Rhonda Buckner before. So I knew I was getting a highly knowledgeable realtor. When I called her, she quietly asked me what I needed. She set up listing appointment, helped me do dishes in my kitchen for listing photos because I wasn't quite prepared, and went over paperwork.
