Rhonda was very patient with us. As first time homebuyers, she knew when we needed a little steering and when to let us find our own way at our own pace. As a man who likes to research... everything, I appreciated that. We tried to drive her a little crazy (cancelled two contracts) before we finally settled on a brand new home that worked for my wife and I both in price and size. She didn't fall for it though. Rhonda stayed steady and focused on the task at hand answering all of our questions, even the stupid ones, in a timely manner. She was always available; just a text or call away. She was with us during our final walkthrough and helpfully pointed out some things that we didn't notice (paint touch-ups and the like). She was professional, patient and knowledgeable. She'll steer you in the right direction.
